Join us for our 30th annual Men's and Women's Health Fair! BACHAC, in partnership with Sutter Health's Mills Peninsula Medical Center and Peninsula Health Care District, invites you to prioritize your health and well-being during this fun, community-oriented, and informative day. Hear from experts on everything from prostate health and breast cancer awareness to menopause, mental resilience, and diabetes management — plus access free preventive health services, giveaways, food trucks, and more.

A focus on Men's Health, with services and programming also focused on Women's Health, including sessions on A Proactive Approach to Prostate Health and Breast Cancer 101: Awareness, Screening & Care
Breast Cancer Screening Mammograms: Advance registration recommended – uninsured women can call 650-696-4494 in advance to make an appointment for a FREE mammogram on Sept. 19th
Prostate Cancer Screening and PSA Testing, Healthy Heart Glucose and Cholesterol Testing (must fast 8 hours before test), Hormone Health Info, and Diabetes Education, including a session on Prevention, Management, and Care of Diabetes
Expert-led talks on Thriving Through Menopause & Beyond, Foods That Can Help You Thrive in Menopause, Building Resilience: Tools for Better Mental Health, and Family History and Your Health: Why it Matters
FREE Breakfast Snack and Lunch, Music and Giveaways, Kids Activity Corner
