From informative presentations on nutrition and fitness to interactive discussions on stress management and mental health, the Men's Health Symposium is designed to address the specific health concerns and challenges faced by men.

Hosted by Bay Area Community Health Advisory Council (BACHAC) in partnership with Sequoia Health & Wellness Center, Dignity Health, UCSF Comprehensive Cancer Center, San Mateo County Health, Kaiser and Umoja Health, this inclusive gathering aims to inspire and empower men to prioritize their health while also fostering a supportive environment for their loved ones. The Men's Health Block Party & Symposium offers a holistic approach to family wellness with workshops, interactive demonstrations, live entertainment, and activities for all ages.

BACHAC is a grassroots community health organization focused on eliminating health disparities in underserved diverse communities across generations in San Mateo County. We are very excited to try something new with the Men's Health Symposium this year - a block party for the whole family!
