Our theme, Movement is Resistance,” symbolizes our collective effort to combat health disparities in communities of color. Movement isn't just exercise; it’s a powerful tool for community wellness and a catalyst in advocating for equity in care. Proven benefits of movement and increased access to holistic health services include weight management, improved mood, and reduced risk of various health issues like diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. ALL levels of ability are welcome!

The Soul Stroll health fair includes over 30 resources and corporate partners providing products, screenings, and information. Your ticket grants you access to the main event, a light breakfast, professionally led warm-up sessions, free health screenings by our partner providers, a healthy lunch, children's activities and the coveted Soul Stroll t-shirt!

Your support helps us continue providing FREE essential health and wellness education, health screenings and advocacy to underserved communities.
